I became fascinated by contemporary European designs and the skill of traditional goldsmiths, so it’s not surprising to see this reflected in my work. I draw inspiration for my designs from life’s experiences, my travels, and the natural beauty of the world we live in. I particularly enjoy making jewellery that has an element of play in the design.
I use my natural curiosity when exploring ways to use the metals to create a visual sensation. By using distinct shapes, capturing or reflecting light, adding textures or blending unique gemstones into the designs, I hope to create intrigue, while balancing aesthetics with wearability.
